| Objective:This study is to investigate the expression of interleukin-17A and 17C in nasal polyps,The role and expression of IL-17A and IL-17C in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods:24 cases of nasal polyps from patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were collected,At the same time,12 cases of nasal septum deviation and partial resection of middle turbinate mucosa were collected.The nasal polyps were divided into eosinophil type and non-eosinophil type by HE staining,Expression of IL-17A and IL-17C in nasal polyps and control group by PCR assay,the correlation between IL-17A and IL-17C expression in different tissues was analyzed.Results:1.The expression level of IL-17A in nasal polyp group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-17A between eosinophil nasal polyps and non-eosinophil nasal polyps(P>0.05).2.The expression of IL-17C in nasal polyp group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The expression of IL-17C in eosinophil type nasal polyp was significantly higher than that in non-eosinophil nasal polyp(P<0.01).Conclusions:IL-17A and IL-17C play an important role in the pathogenesis of CRSwNPs,and IL-17A and IL-17C play an important role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. |
