The Experimental Reaseach Of Xiaoke No.1 Decoction Effect On SOD、MDA、TNF-A、NA~+-K~+-ATP Enzyme For Diabetic Rats

Objective:Through the animal experiment research on the prescription of treating diabetes,the prescription of Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction,observe the effect of SOD、MDA、TNF-α、NA+-K+-ATP enzyme.Methods:By high fat feed and STZ combination induce the diabetic rat model.Building a successful rats were randomly divided into model control group,Xiaoke NO.1 Decoctionlow dose group,Xiaokel middle dose group,Xiaoke NO.1 Decoctionhigh dose group,Yunvjian group.Observed the rats in the experiment diet,drinking water,body weight,blood glucose detection in blood of rats.The fasting blood glucose,8 weeks after the administration of SOD、MDA、TNF-α、NA+-K+-ATP enzyme.Collect rat Liver,heart,observe the change of rat’s organ histopathology.Result:Experiments show that Xiaoke NO.1 Decoctioncan reduce diabetes diet quantity and water quantity,reduce the body weight of rats.4 weeks to 8 weeks after the treatment,the rats of Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction groups blood glucose were lower than that of model control group.Each group rats of Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction MDA、TNF-α content is lower than the model control group.Each group rats of Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction SOD、NA+-K+-ATP enzyme is higher than the model control group.Observed under a microscope,Compared with the model group,Each group of Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction showed that the fatty degeneration of hepatocytes was alleviated,the nucleus of pyknotic was not obviously,the liver cells were slightly fused;the myocardial fibrosis and bubble like degeneration were alleviated,Cytoplasmic fusion is not obvious.It is suggested that Xiaoke No.1 can improve the histopathological state of the liver and heart of diabetic rats and has a certain delaying and therapeutic effect on the pathological changes of diabetic rats.Conclusion:Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction can reduce level of diabetic rats fasting blood glucose;It can improve the activity of SOD and reduce the level of MDA,which may reduce the blood sugar by improving the antioxidant capacity.It can reduce the level of TNF-α,which may reduce the release and insulin resistance to reduce blood sugar;It can improve the activity of NA+-K+-ATP enzyme,which may reduce the blood sugar by improving its activity and regulating energy metabolism.Xiaoke NO.1 Decoction can reduce pathological damage of liver and heart of the rats.
