Mosquito is one of the important vectors of disease transmission.The application of pyrethroid is one of the most important component in integrated mosquito management.Many studies have shown that high application rates and intensive treatment of the same pyrethroid active ingredient will lead to insect resistance.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the sanitary mosquitocide used and the monitoring of the resistance of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti in Gaozhou City,this study preliminarily discusses the scientificity and practicability of the sanitary misquitocide used and provided the decision basis of integrated misquito management in Gaozhou City.A total of 219 questionnaires were sent out and 219 valid questionnaires were collected,which were not included in the survey(never using sanitary mosquitocide).In combination with the investigation data,this paper analyzes the current situation and behavior of the use of sanitary mosquitocide in Gaozhou city,and analyzes the uncomfortable events caused by the use of sanitary mosquitocide,and expounds the present situation of sanitary mosquitocide used and its harm to human body in Gaozhou city.The mosquitocide resistance of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti,which is widely used in Gaozhou City,was monitored.The whole genome sequences of sodium ion channel of the selected strain of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti by dimefluthrin was obtained.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The investigation on the sanitary mosquitocide used in Gaozhou City was as follows:the proportion of mosquito repellent used in indoor was 86.36%,which was mainly used in the bedroom 75.57%.The proportion of mosquito incense was 68.64%,followed by aerosol and electrothermal mosquito incense.Electric heating mosquito incense tablets and so on,the duration of the use of mosquito incense is 1-3 months each year,the majority of family members are infants under 3 years old and adults between 18 and 70 years old,and the majority of aerosols are used to kill mosquitoes,the proportion is 69.44%.On the whole,there are some misunderstandings about safe and sanitary mosquitocide used,which need the guidance of professional organizations.2.Surveillance of larval resistance of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti showed that the resistance of four insecticides to dimefluthrin,metofluthrin,meperfluthrin and allethrin ranged from 0.91 to 1.85 times,and showed low resistance.3.The selected strain of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti to dimefluthrin was collected by the triangle bottle closed fumigation method and their whole genome sequences of sodium ion channel was obtained.It was found that the base sequence of sodium ion channel had changed in seven sites.This may be related to the use of pyrethroid containing sanitary mosquitocide.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of sanitary mosquitocide used in Gaozhou City,it was found that Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti was resistant to pyrethroids and sequenced the sodium channel of Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti collected in Gaozhou city.The mutation of sodium channel gene in Aedes(Stegomyia)aegypti was associated with resistance.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to prevent mosquitoes from sanitary mosquitocide used correctly: tracking and monitoring resistance,guiding integrated mosquito management in Gaozhou City,strengthening technical guidance of sanitary mosquitocide and scientifically using chemical mosquitocides;Advocating a variety of anti-mosquito measures to reduce the dependence of mosquito control on chemical agents.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the sanitary mosquitocide used by the people of Gaozhou City mainly containing pyrethroid insecticides,and a single insecticidal active ingredient is used for a long time to control mosquitoes,which will develop resistance to insecticides and affect the effect of mosquito control.
