| Objective: To study the effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on cerebral vasospasm(CVS)after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(a SAH)and explore its mechanism.Methods:Objectives: From November 2016 to December 2018,60 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by rupture of aneurysm and undergoing interventional embolization within 72 hours were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with nimodipine for cerebral vasospasm,while the treatment group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group.After 14 days of continuous treatment with Taohong Siwu Decoction,the changes of clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.The blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery and cerebral vasospasm index(Linde-gard)of TCD in different periods were treated,and the clinical neurological deficit(NIHSS)score in different periods was treated.The m RS score was 2 weeks after treatment.The results were analyzed by statistical data.Results: On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity and cerebral vasospasm index between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),but on the seventh and fourteenth day there was significant difference(P <0.05),and there was significant difference(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in NIHSS score before treatment between the two groups,and on the seventh and fourteenth day of treatment there was no significantdifference in NIHSS score between the two groups.The difference was significant(P < 0.05),and there was statistical significance(P < 0.05);Two weeks after the end of treatment,There was no significant difference in the improved Rankin score(m RS)between the treatment group and the control group 2 weeks after the end of treatment(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in mean blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery and cerebral vasospasm index between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference on the seventh and fourteenth day(P <0.05),and there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and headache score before treatment between the two groups.On the 7th and 14 th day,there was significant difference(P < 0.05)and statistical significance(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the improved Rankin score(m RS)between the treatment group and the control group 2 weeks after the end of treatment(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of cerebral vasospasm between the two groups on the first day of treatment(P > 0.05).On the seventh day of treatment,the incidence of cerebral vasospasm in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance.On the fourteenth day,the incidence of cerebral vasospasm was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05),while the incidence of cerebral vasospasm based on the spasm index > 3 was not significant.The difference was significant(P > 0.05). |
