The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency With The Yi Mu Pei Tu Fang

Objective:To explores the clinical efficacy and safety of Yimu Peitu decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and explores the mechanism and therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on FD,and broadens the thinking and methods for clinical treatment of FD.Methods: Sixty patients with FD were selected from the clinic.The inclusion criteria were met and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Yimu Peitu decoction,and the control group was given domperidone tablets,treatment for 4 weeks.After a course of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded by questionnaire survey,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results: 1.Overall efficacy: The total effective rate of the experimental group was93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and P <0.05.2.TCM symptom scores:(1)Total symptom scores:before and after the treatment,both of the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05)(2)Single symptom score: In the postprandial fullness and discomfort,upper abdominal pain,early satiety,upper abdominal burning sensation,and two flaccid pain,the experimental group improved better than the control group(P<0.05),In the improvement of irritability,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,(P <0.01).In the improvement of exhausted and anorexia,the effect of the two groups was quite(P>0.05).3.After 2 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 14.29%,which wassignificantly lower than that of the control group(40%),and P<0.05.4.No adverse events occurred in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion: Yimu Peitu decoction has obvious curative effect on functional dyspepsia of liver depression and spleen deficiency.It is superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms and relieving emotions,and it is safe.It is worthy of further research and clinical application.
