| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Guben Yifei Decoction in the treatment of pneumoconiosis with lung and kidney qi deficiency,so as to provide new ideas and methods for delaying the progression of pneumoconiosis. Methods:A randomized controlled study was performed to observe 60 patients with pneumoconiosis who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.30 patients in each group were treated with Western medicine. The observation group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine.Benyifei Tang was added and subtracted, and the observation time was8 weeks.Timely record and observe the lung function,6-minute walk test and other indicators before and after treatment, and the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 33.3%,and the total effective rate was 93.4%.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a 6-minute walking distance, dyspnea index and blood oxygen saturation. All of them were improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1% and FEV1/FVC were improved compared with those before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Guben Yifei Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with pneumoconiosis and lung-qi deficiency syndrome, and can improve the lung function and oxygen saturation of patients. The effect is better than that of western medicine group.Toxic side effects deserve further clinical research and application. |
