Clinical Study Of Zhenantang Decoction In Old Insomnia Patients With Blood Deficiency And Liver Syndrome

Objective : Clinical observation on the treatment of blood deficiency and liver syndrome of old patients by zhenantang decoction,and observe its clinical curative effect,thoughts and methods for expanding Chinese medicine to treat the old insomnia patients.Methods:66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,33 cases each.The experimental group was treated with zhenantang decoction combined with zopiclone tablets,the first dose of zopiclone tablets was orally administered 3.75 mg,followed by oral administration of 7.5mg per night.The control group was given zopiclone tablets at the same dose as the test group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),TCM blood deficiency and liver syndrome symptom score table,and Campbell happiness index were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data using SPSS 24.0 software.Results:One patient was absent from the experimental group and one patient was absent from the control group.The final experimental group of 32 patients,the control group of 32 patients.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.63%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.By rank sum test,P<0.05,The overall clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,the PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were tested by independent sample t test,P<0.01;After treatment,Campbell happiness index scores were tested by independent sample t test,P<0.05.The experimental group was superior to the control group in reducing the scores of TCM syndrome table and PSQI,and improving the Campbell happiness index scores.Conclusion : zhenantang decoction has a good clinical effect in treating old insomnia patients with blood deficiency and liver syndrome,improve the subjective symptoms of old insomnia patients,and improves the subjective well-being of old insomnia patients.
