The Clinical Research On The Ganshenyinxu Type Liver Cirrhosis Ascites With The Treatment Of Yuyinlishui Prescription

Objective:In modern medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine compound Yuyinlishui Prescription in treatment of cirrhosisascites patients,observe and summarize the clinical curative effect and its security,clear its function advantage.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria of this study were divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in eachgroup.The control group was given conventional treatment alone.Experimental group also was given conventional treatment,furthermore,combined traditional Chinese medicine compound Yuyinlishui take orally,daily dose.After 4 weeks of treatment,observed and compared differences of traditional chinese medical syndrome score,body weight,abdominal circumeference,24-hour urine volume,liverfunction,coagulation and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,treatment group total effective rate was9.3%,control group total effective rate was 76.6%,compared two groups,P<0.05,there are significant differences.Conclusion:In modern medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine compound Yuyinlishui Prescription in treatment of cirrhosis ascites can enhance clinical effect.
