Clinical Study On Sancao Sanren Decoction In Treating The Sequela Of Damp-heat And Phlegm-Type Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective Through the traditional Chinese medicine Sancao Sanren Decoction,the efficacy of the treatment of sequelae of phlebitis inflammatory disease with damp-heat phlegm and blood stasis was verified.to broaden the application of traditional Chinese medicine in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,thus providing new ideas and methods for SPID treatment.Methods Seventy patients with Damp-heat phlegm pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April2018 to October 2018。They were randomly divided into treatment group(Sancao Sanren Decoction)and control group(Fuyankang Capsule).Both the treatment group and the control group were started on the third day of menstrual cleansing for 14 consecutive days,and the next menstrual clean was continued for the third day,for 3 consecutive months.Observed the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs and scores before and after treatment,as well as the changes of masses,effusions,inflammatory factors interleukin-2(IL-2)and examination results before and after treatment,and evaluated the difference of the effects of the two treatment methods.Results1.Before the treatment,the general data,medical history,disease severity,scale score,TCM syndrome score,pain score,vaginal cleanliness,etc.,there was no significant difference in statistical analysis(P>0.05),comparable.2.After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups in the efficacy of TCM syndromes and signs was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.3.Ultrasound and effusion were reduced before and after treatment: the VAS pain scores of both groups were reduced.After treatment,the serum levels of IL-2 were increased in both groups,and the treatments in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Better than the control group.Conclusion Sancao Sanren Decoction and Fuyankang Capsule can improve the clinic al symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes of Damp-heat phlegm pelvic inf lammatory disease sequelae,but the effect of Sancao Sanren Decoction o n sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease Significant.
