Clinical Observation Of Anti-dipper Hypertension(Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity) With Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on reverse dipper hypertension(Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity type).Methods: 60 patients with reverse dipper hypertension(hyperactivity of yin deficiency and yang)were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Results:(1)TCM syndrome treatment: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 93.3%,and that in the control group was 73.3%.After treatment,the total integral of TCM syndrome and tongue and pulse condition in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)in improving dizziness,headache,five heartburn fever,soft knee,tinnitus and insomnia(P < 0.05).(2).The results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the observation group were as follows: 24 hours diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP)and average Nocturnal systolic pressure load(n SBPL),nocturnal diastolic pressure(n DBPL),nocturnal systolic blood pressure drop rate(SBPF),nocturnal diastolic blood pressure drop rate(DBPF)was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3).The total effective rate of hypertension in the observation group was 96.67%.(4)in the improvement of blood pressure rhythm,the total effective rate of blood pressure rhythm in the observation group was 86.67%,that in the control group was 66.67%,and that in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(5): the safety index of the observation group and the control group during the treatment period No abnormalities were found and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: the modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the indexes of western medicine in patients with reverse dipper hypertension(hyperactivity of yin deficiency and yang).This study provides some ideas and methods for clinical application of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction in reducing blood pressure and correcting circadian rhythm of blood pressure.
