| Objective: By observing the changes of white blood cell subtypes and platelets level in patients with deep venous thrombosis, analysis the relationship between the changes of white blood cell subtypes and platelets level and deep venous thrombosis and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of deep venous thrombosis. Methods: A total of 90 patients were selected from patients with deep venous thrombosis who had hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 30 health examiner subjects of the physical examination center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the control group. The venous blood were tested and its indicators were used to determine the white blood cell subtypes and platelets count.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio were calculated.According to the data obtained, the changes in the formation of deep venous thrombosis were analyzed.Correlation with clinical staging and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of deep venous thrombosis.Results:(1)White blood cell count, neutrophil count, monocyte count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The clinical stage of deep venous thrombosis in the acute phase of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio were higher than the subacute phase and chronicphase(P<0.05),The white blood cell count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio in the acute phase were higher than the chronic phase(P<0.05).(3)The white blood cell count, neutrophil count, monocyte count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, and platelet to lymphocyte ratio were significantly increased in patients with syndrome differentiation.Significant difference(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome was lower than that of damp heat syndrome, and there was still significant difference with the control group(P<0.05).(4)Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio was positively correlated with the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis. The area under the working curve of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio was 0.675 and 0.633 respectively. The sensitivity was51.1% and 44.4% respectively. The specificity was 86.7% and 83.3% respectively. The optimal cut-off values for deep venous thrombosis were 6.26 and 118.14 respectively. Conclusion:White blood cell count, neutrophil count, monocyte count and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio are closely related to deep venous thrombosis and the clinical stage of deep venous thrombosis and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndroms of deep venous thrombosis.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio have a certainly clinical value in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis for deep venous thrombosis and the clinical stage and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes differentiation of deep venous thrombosis. |
