| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Liqi Huoxue Tongluo therapy on chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods: 60 patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome were divided into two groups according to the order of visiting the doctor.The NIH-CPSI was filled in at the first visit,and the scores were recorded.The white blood cells were recorded by routine examination of prostatic fluid.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Decoction of Liqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe twice a day,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with Decoction of Liqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe twice a day.Alpha-receptor blocker and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs were taken orally.The integral changes after two weeks,one month and two weeks of withdrawal were compared and observed.The curative effect was judged by scoring system.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 80.00% and 73.33%.Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The recurrence rate after 2 months was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:regulating qi,activating blood and unblocking collaterals Methodis more effective than western medicine in treating chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome,which is worthy of further promotion and application. |
