| Part Ⅰ : Systematic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseasesMETHODS: The key words and subject words were used to collect all the literatures published from January 1,2013 to August 31,201 8 on the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Relevant data were extracted and sorted out into Excel tables.Revman 5.3 softw are was used to make statistical analysis of the data.RESULTS: After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 28 studies were included, all of which were published in domestic journals, and all of them were of low quality. This article elaborates in detail the advantages and disadvantages of each Chinese medicine in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases compared with non-traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases with high recovery rate and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion. However, due to the small amount of evidence, mostly low-quality literature, involving fewer samples, unreasonable design and other issues, the credibility is not high, which needs further study. The Second Part: Clinical observation of Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis typeObjective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and to explore its clinical mechanism. Methods: 64 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammator y disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to observe the clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 90.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.Clinical efficacy: The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction has better therapeutic effect on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type). |
