Study On The Effect Of Shugan Yunpi And Huazhuo Jiedu On Insulin Resistance Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the method of shugan yunpi and huazhuo jiedu in the treatment of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus.To provide a new treatment for the disease.Methods: Sixty patients with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30)for 12 weeks.T test and rank sum test were used to process the data.To observe the clinical curative effect and TCM symptom score of BMI、FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c、FINS、IRI、ISI、Lep、ANP、TNF-α、bloodfat.Results:Both groups can improve the clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms,the experimental group improved the clinical symptoms of TCM more obvious,better than the control group.Both groups could reduce the BMI,of the patients,the effect of the trial group was better than that of the control group.Both groups could improve the hypoglycemic effect of FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,test group,and the curative effect was better than that of control group.Experimental group significantly increased ISI,and decreased IRI、FINS.The control group had no obvious effect on regulating bloodfat,and the test group could reduce the triglyceride level,and it was better than the control group.The level of Lep in control group was lower than that in metformin group.The treatment group could decrease Lep,TNF α and increase adiponectin,and the curative effect was better than metformin group.Both groups were safe,and the combination of drugs did not increase the liver and kidney and other adverse reactions.Conclusion: The treatment of insulin resistance disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus was superior to metformin alone in improving the clinical efficacy of the treatment group,and the clinical application was safe and did not increase the adverse reaction.
