Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating qi stagnation and blood stasis apoplexy with the method of activating qi and activating blood stasis, and to compare the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of hemorrhagic apoplexy and ischemic apoplexy according to the quantitative score of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,so as to provide theoretical support for the treatment of apoplexy with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 81 patients with stroke of qi stagnation and blood stasis were divided into two groups: bleeding group and ischemia group;bleeding group was divided into experimental group and control group;ischemia group was divided into experimental group and control group, and a total of four groups were divided. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the experimental group was given the addition and subtraction treatment of the mentor’s self-designed qi-huoxue prescription on the basis of western medicine treatment.28 days was one course of treatment, and the changes of stroke score in traditional Chinese medicine,NIHSS score inwestern medicine and clinical manifestations of the patients were observed before treatment and on the 28 th day. Results: After treatment, there were differences in TCM stroke score,NIHSS score, ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),while there were no differences in TCM stroke score and NIHSS score between the ischemic stroke experimental group and the hemorrhagic stroke experimental group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The method of activating qi and activating blood circulation in traditional Chinese medicine has a better therapeutic effect on apoplexy of qi stagnation and blood stasis(ischemia and hemorrhage).Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the same effect on hemorrhagic apoplexy and ischemic apoplexy, and there is no rebleeding or other adverse reactions. |
