Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency With ShuGanJianPiTongBianFang

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shu Gan Jian Pi Tong Bian Fang in the treatment of chronic functional constipation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and to explore its mechanism of action,and to provide new ideas and effective drugs for clinical treatment of functional constipation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with 30 cases of Shu Gan Jian Pi Tong Bian Fang and 30 cases of the control group.The compound was given polyethylene glycol electrolyte(IV)A+B(Shu Taiqing),after 4weeks of treatment,the changes of the condition of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the changes of clinical symptoms were compared.The patients who were taking the drug were followed up 3 months after the end of the treatment to observe the long-term effect.Results:The experimental group was superior to the control group in the treatment of various clinical symptoms,total effective rate and long-term curative effect of chronic functional constipation of liver stagnation andspleen deficiency,and the curative effect was exact.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Shu Gan Jian Pi Tong Bian Fang has good curative effect and good safety for the treatment of chronic functional constipation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
