Clinical Study On Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined With Xingpi Yanger Granule In The Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia Of Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective:To observe the efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with xingpi yanger granule in the treatment of anorexia due to spleen-stomach qi deficiency in children,and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of anorexia in children.Methods:Sixty-two children with anorexia due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with xingpi yanger granule)and control group(xingpi yanger granule).They were treated for one month.The symptoms,signs,hemoglobin and trace element Zn of the two groups were observed before and after treatment for one month.Finally,statistical software is used for statistical analysis.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The two groups in improving appetite,appetite and secondary symptoms,signs,P<0.05,there is a statistical difference;The increase of trace element Zn and hemoglobin in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with xingpi yanger granule is effective in treating infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency.There is no adverse reaction in the treatment process.Fully shows the advantage of the treatment of infantile anorexia,opened up a new train of thought for the clinical treatment of infantile anorexia,is worth popularizing further explored.
