A Clinical Study On Huazhuotongmai Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of huazhuotongmai decoction in treating phlegm and blood stasis combined primary hypertension,and to provide theoretical basis and clinical data for the treatment of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 70 eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 6 cases falling off(3 cases in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group).64 cases were eventually effective,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with standard anti-hypertensive therapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with huazhuang tongmai prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks,and the changes of blood pressure,dynamic blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid,homocysteine and other indicators in the two groups were observed.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of hypotension in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome integral treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Blood lipid and homocysteine levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of huazhuotongmai prescription in the treatment of hypertension has a good clinical effect,especially in the improvement of patients’ symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms,control their blood pressure,and improve their blood lipid and homocysteine levels.
