| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushenhuatanhuoxue Theraphy combined with clomiphene citrate(CC)in the treatment of obese PCOS infertility,and preliminarily explore the mechanism of kidney-tonifying phlegm-removing stasis Chinese medicine in the treatment of obese PCOS infertility.Method:Sixty cases of obese PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome differentiation were collected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group(CC)and 30 cases in the observation group(Bushenhuatanhuxue of TCM combined with CC),which were treated for 3 months respectively.To observe Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate;Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,body mass index(BMI),serum inflammatory factors(CRP,11-6),Sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T),changes in intrauterine membrane thickness on the day of HCG injection,were comprehensively evaluated for clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test showed that P<0.05 was consistent with the difference Accounting significance.After treatment,P<0.01 was compared between the two groups,with statistically significant differences.The observation group was superior to the control group.2.After treatment,BMI of the patients in both groups decreased compared with that before Treatment.Upon examination,P<0.05 was found in both groups,indicating a significant difference.After treatment,the differen-ce between groups was significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,IL-6 and CRP in both groups were decreased compared with that before treatment.However,after test,P>0.05 in the control group showed no significant difference,while P<0.05 in the observation group showed significant difference.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),and the observation group was superior to the control group.4.The comparison of LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T before and after treatment in the two groups showed that P>0.05 before and after FSH treatment showed no significant difference,while P<0.05 before and after LH,LH/FSH and T treatment showed significant difference.After treatment,there was no significant difference in LH,LH/FSH(P>0.05),and T(P<0.05).The observati-on group was superior to the control group.5.Compared with the control group,the endometrium thickness of the observation group was thicker than that of the control group.Independent sample t test showed that P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.6.After three cycles of treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy Rate of the observation group were 93.1%and 56.7%respectively.The ovula-tory rate of the control group was 83.1%,and the pregnancy rate was 30.0%.After chi-square test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifyica nt.7.Safety of treatment and adverse reactions:electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function of the two groups were normal before and after treatment.One patient in each group developed mild nausea and vomiting during treatment,and the symptoms disappeared within about 1 week.No OHSS or other adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:1.Bushenhuatanhuoxue of TCM can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of patients,improve endocrine disorders,redu reduce body mass,improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of CC promoting ovulation,and the effect is better than that of CC alone promoting ovulation.2.Bushenhuatanhuoxue of TCM can reduce the levels of serum inf la-mmatory factors(CRP,IL-6)in obese PCOS infertility patients,suggesting that it may directly or indirectly improve the ovulation rate of CC promoting ovulation,endometrium receptivity and ultimately increase the pregnancy rate of obese PCOS infertility patients by alleviating their low-grade chronic inflammatory response. |
