Effects Of Tiaopi Huxin Granule On Mood Disorder And Cardiac Function Of Patients After Pacemaker Implantation

Objective: To observe the effect of tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules on mood disorder and cardiac function after pacemaker implantation.Methods: 40 patients with mood disorders who received pacemaker implantation in the outpatient and inpatient departments of department of cardiology,Anhui provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,Tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules was added,one dose per day,one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening.The course of treatment lasted for 12 weeks.After 12 weeks,Hamilton scale score(anxiety scale,depression scale),TCM syndrome efficacy score,TCM symptom efficacy score,cardiac function(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction)and safety index were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of Hamilton scale integrals: Both the experimental group and the control group had efficacy in reducing HAMA and HAMD integrals.The tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of efficacy of Hamilton:HAMA experimental group total effective rate of 80%,the control group total effective rate of 30%;The total effective rate of HAMD was 70% in the experimental group and 25% in the control group.Tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules was better than the control group,the fifference was statistically significant.(3)TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the curative of TCM syndrome in tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)TCM syndrome effect: The total effective rate was 90% in the tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules group and 30% in the control group.(5)Indicators of cardiac function: The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules group was better that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups of patients was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(6)Safety determination: the safety indexes of the two groups were basically in the normal range,with no obvious adverse reactions.The result showed that tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules had effective effect,safe and reliable,it can be applied to clinic.Verdict:(1)Tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules were effective in reducing Hamilton scale score,reducing left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and increasing left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with mood disorder after pacemaker implantation;(2)Tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with mood disorder after pacemaker implantation and significantly improve the clinical symptoms;(3)No adverse events were observed during the test of tonifying the spleen and protecting the heart granules.The safety indexes were basically normal,and the efficacy was accurate,safe and reliable.
