ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of professional psychological nursing training in the standardized training of new entry nurses,to provide new ideas and new ways for the weak links in the standardized training of new entry nurses,and to provide empirical reference for nursing managers how to implement the efficient standardized training of nurses.MethodsNon random cluster sampling method was used to select the new entry nurses of a comprehensive top three hospital in Jinzhou City,Liaoning Province in 2017 and 2018 as the research objects.The control group was 80 new entry nurses in 2017,adopting the regular standardized training of new entry nurses,the experimental group was 80 new entry nurses in 2018,adopting the specialization based on the regular standardized training of new entry nurses The mode of psychological nursing training.Using the general information questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire and Career Success Questionnaire,the questionnaire survey was conducted before the training of the two groups of new nurses.After the training,the same questionnaire was issued to investigate and assess the theory and operation.SPSS 25.0 was used to input and analyze the data,descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the general demographic data of new nurses,and chi square test wasused to test the consistency of the two groups of general demographic data.Paired sample t-test was used to compare the scores of psychological capital and career success of the two groups of new nurses before and after the questionnaire,and independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results1、In this study,160 questionnaires were sent out,160 were recovered,and the recovery rate was 100%.Among them,157 were valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 98.13%.2 、The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in general information(P > 0.05).The scores of all dimensions of psychological capital before training in the two groups were lower than the average score of the scale by 3 points,indicating that the psychological capital before training was at a low and medium level,and the scores of all dimensions of career success before training in the two groups were close to the average score of the scale by 2.5 points,indicating that the scores of career success before training were all lower than the average score of the scale by 3 points At a moderate level.3 、 After training,the total score of psychological capital in the control group(75.99±7.58)was higher than that before training(69.62±3.96).After training,the total score of psychological capital in the experimental group was(88.40±5.57)higher than that before training(69.59±3.78),and the scores of all dimensions after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05).The order of the scores was self-efficacy,hope,optimism and resilience.Compared the difference scores of psychological capital before and after training between the two groups,the total difference score of the experimental group was(18.81±6.29)significantly higher than the total difference score of the control group was(6.37±8.94),indicating that the training method of the experimental groupcan effectively improve the level of psychological capital,and the differences in all dimensions and total difference scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).4、Comparative analysis of the scores of the two groups: the total score of the control group after training(31.77±2.71)was higher than that before training(29.16±4.48),and the scoresof all dimensions after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the test group after training(34.03±3.31)was higher than that before training The total score of career success before training(29.04±3.09)was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05),.The difference score of career success before and after training between the two groups was compared.The total difference score of career success before and after training in the experimental group(4.99±4.25)was significantly higher than the total difference score before and after training in the control group(2.61±3.93).5、The scores of theory test(80.26±2.51)and operation test(85.38±2.79)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(70.89±2.85)and operation test(83.78±2.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1 、 Adding professional psychological nursing training has a significant effect on improving the psychological capital of new nurses.2、The professional psychological nursing training has a significant effect on improving the career success of new nurses.3、Professional psychological nursing training has a significant effect on the improvement of theoretical and operational test scores of new nurses.4 、 The training effect of the standardized training of nurses with specialized psychological nursing is better than that of the traditional standardized training of nurses.
