| Objective:To investigatethe status of resilence,stigmaand quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing radiotherapy,To understand the status quo of resilence,stigma and quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing radiotherapy,to clarify the influencing factors of resilence,stigma and quality of life,to explore the correlation between resilence,stigma and quality of life,to provide corresponding nursing countermeasures for patients through psychological counseling and optimization of nursing services,so as to improve the quality of nursing and quality of life of cancer patients.Methods:This study is a non experimental study.From January 2019 to July 2019,six first-class hospitals in Shandong Province were selected for the study.The general demographic characteristics questionnaire,Psychological Resilience Scale(cd-risc),social impact scale and cancer patients’ quality of life scale(EORTC QLQ-C30 Chinese version)were used in the study.This paper uses SPSS 17.0 statistical software to make descriptive statistical analysis of the original data and describe the general demographic characteristics,psychological flexibility,shame and quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Single factor analysis and independent sample t-test were used to analyze the influencing factors of resilence,stigma and quality of life.Pearson correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between resilence,stigma and quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy.Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of resilence,stigma and quality of life of patients undergoing radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer.In this study,when 0.05,there was a significant difference.Result:(1)In this study,the total score of resilience of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy was 60.59±16.90,and the full score was 100.There were significant differences in different education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment method,and postoperative time(P<0.05).(2)In this study,the total score of the patients’ stigma after radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer was 59.21±12.86,the full score was 96.There were significant differences in different education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment method,postoperative time,and other treatments(P<0.05).(3)In this study,the total health score of quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy was 52.47±19.93,with a full score of 136.There were significant differences in different education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment mode,and other treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)The results showed that there was a positive correlation between resilience and quality of life(r=0.545,P<0.01);negative correlation between stigma and quality of life(r=-0.602,P<0.01);negative correlation between resilience and stigma(r=-0.648 P<0.01).(5)In this study,54.2%of the variance in the score of dependent variable quality of life can be explained by the total score of resilience,the total score of disease shame,high school or technical secondary school,drug chemotherapy and radical surgery.Conclusion:(1)The total score of resilience of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy is in the middle and low level.Most patients can not effectively adjust and adapt to the malignant tumor.Patients have significant differences in education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment method,postoperative time.(2)The stigma of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy is in the middle level.The main influencing factors are different education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment method,postoperative time,and other treatment.(3)The overall health status of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy had a low score of quality of life.The main influencing factors were different education level,occupation,family per capita income,payment method,and other treatment.(4)Psychological resilience and stigma affect the quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer after radiotherapy,and there is a correlation between them,that is,the better the psychological resilience is,the higher the quality of life is;the higher the stigma is,the worse the quality of life is;the higher the psychological resilience is,the lower the stigma is.The influencing factors of quality of life are psychological flexibility,shame,education,chemotherapy and operation... |
