Purpose As the host a number of the new infectious disease,so calledthe virus database,bat contains many species and distributes widely.Tewel connected to the surrounding in some extent,makes possibility to the transmitting the virus.So far,studies all over the world have committed that the various virus carried in the organs of bats,such as brain,heart,liver,lung,kidney,urine and blood.As the range of human life expanding,the bats get touch with people becoming more and more closely,this become a main reason of transmitting virus from the bats to mammal animals even human.Climate of Yunnan is various,including tropical and subtropical climate.As typical social animal,bats mainly live in the tropical and subtropical climate and abundant water in the atmosphere of South of Yangtze River.In a cave,there are usually thousands of bats,the large number makes that the effective spreading fast,some virus sensitive individuals dead,the alive ones could carry virus for long time without any symptoms even not get in diseases,this mainly because that the special immunity system and mechanism,at the same time the during hibernation makes low metabolizing possible then the body temperature is not so high only as 28 degree.So that virus live long in body not until the next infection host appears.This paper use traditional ways of extraction of DNA and RNA,reverse transcription and PCR the genes to detect virus in tewel of bats.We mainly focus on some RNA virus such as enterovirus,rotavirus,Nipah virus,Bunyavirus,Japanese encephalitis virus,flavivirus,filovirus,orbivirus,Alphavirus,and DNA virus such as papillomavirus,adenovirus.Then do epidemiological analysis and evolutionary traceability analysis.Method The samples totally 480,then we make 5 samples into one piece,at last there are 96 samples.Samples detect RNA virus and DNA virus.Extraction RNA then reverse transcription the cDNA library,and extraction the DNA,then PCR the cDNA and DNA.The positive ones send to the company to sequencing,the results we use ATGC software montage,we use Clustal X software aligning nucleic acid sequences.Results Among all of detecting virus,PICO gene of picorna-like virus is positive in RNA virus,POL gene of adenovirus is positive,we send these to sequencing.It is showed that the picorna-like virus in this study share 98.34% similarity in nucleotide with Beihai picorna-like virus 77(No.KX883310),a strain discovered in 2016.This strain virus is a nonstructural RNA Helicase picorna-like virus,which is relate to Narna-Levi and Picorna-Calici.Adenovirus share 96% similarity in nucleotide with bat adenovirus isolate 1285-YN-Mr(No.GU226966),which is discovered in 2010.The virus is double strand DNA virus in unclassified mammalian adenovirus.Conclusion This paper mainly focuses on the region area distribution of the viruses in bats’ feces,so that give people some informations to research the region area distribution of viruses.
