ObjectiveThis article discusses the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture therapy on the postoperative syndrome caused by thyroid surgery by applying thin abdominal abdomen acupuncture clinically, and provides clinical evidence for thyroid surgery care from the perspective of Chinese medicine.MethodsA total of 105 patients who were admitted to the thyroid diagnosis and treatment center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were admitted to the thyroid diagnosis and treatment center for thyroidectomy during the period from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to the order of patients’ surgery, they were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group,5 cases were removed, treatment group(Western medicine treatment+abdominal acupuncture treatment)50 cases, control group(Western medicine treatment)50 cases, both groups were treated for 4 days after surgery Statistical analysis and summary of clinical data.Patients in both groups underwent total thyroidectomy, and the operation time was greater than 2 hours.Postoperative treatment was combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Based on ethical requirements,no blank control group was set in this study. The control group was given symptomatic western medical treatment after surgery(Oral celecoxib 1 tablet qd+methylcobalamin 1 tablet qd)after treatment, the treatment group was given western medicine treatment+abdominal acupuncture treatment(postoperative acupuncture was given),both for 30 minutes/day,the treatment group and the control group were recorded separately Changes in total neck pain VAS scores and changes in nausea and vomiting. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results1.The two groups of patients were compared with each other for general information such as gender, age, surgery method, tumor type and operation time, and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients were compared on the 3rd day and the 4th day after operation. The neck pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the neck pain scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment, before treatment,on the first day after operation, and after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 2nd day for neck pain scores.2.Comparison between groups:The average rank of the curative effect of neck pain on the 1st day,the 2nd day,and the 3rd day of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the average rank of the efficacy of neck pain on the 4th day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05);intra-group comparison:on the 1st day,the 2nd day,and the 3rd day after the operation The average rank comparison of the curative effect of neck pain on the 4th day after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The mean rank of nausea and vomiting before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups of patients were on postoperative day 1,postoperative day 2,postoperative day 3,and postoperative day 3.Comparing the average rank of nausea and vomiting at 4 days, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the average rank of the observation group was less than that of the control group at different times. The efficacy of the observation group before and after treatment was better than that of the control group.4.5 patients refused treatment or were discharged early and treatment was terminated early. After the treatment,no significant side effects and adverse reactions occurred in both groups.ConclusionBo’s abdominal acupuncture can be used to treat postoperative symptoms of thyroid surgery. It can relieve symptoms such as neck pain and discomfort in patients with thyroid surgery. It can also relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting after thyroid surgery.Significant and other advantages, widely accepted by patients, can be promoted for clinical application.
