ObjectiveFor upper urinary stones with a diameter of 1.0cm to 2.5cm,minimally invasive surgery is often selected,but there may be residual stones after surgery.Residual stones ≥4mm after discharge through the ureter on the affected side can cause ureteric spasm,urinary tract obstruction,urinary tract urinary tract urinary tract and infection on that side.It can also be used as the core of the stone,leading to recurrence and recurrence of the stone.Residual stones ≥4mm after discharge through the ureter on the affected side can cause ureteric spasm,urinary tract obstruction,urinary tract urinary tract urinary tract and infection on that side.It can also be used as the core of the stone,leading to recurrence and recurrence of the stone,therefore,how to safely and quickly promote the excretion of residual stones after surgery is essential.Flexible ureteroscopy is less harmful to the human body and recovers quickly.It is often used to treat upper urinary calculi≤2.0cm,and can also be seen in upper urinary calculi>2.0cm.Niaoshiqing Mixture is an in-hospital preparation,which is widely used in patients with stones,but there has not been any related research on the effect of Niaoshiqing Mixture on the residual stone discharge after Flexible ureteroscopy.The purpose of this project is to observe the curative effect of Niaoshiqing Mixture on the residual stone excretion after Sun’ s mirror lithotripsy,and to prove that Niaoshiqing Mixture can quickly promote the excretion of residual stone after operation.MethodsThe subjects in this project were from March 2019 to January 2020.The patients who underwent Sun’s mirror lithotripsy at the First Department(Urology)of Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,selected 110 patients who met the requirements,patients were randomly divided into observation group(with Urine Stone Mixture for 4 weeks)and control group(with routine drinking water for 4 weeks).Statistics of gender,age,body mass index,preoperative stone size,stone CT value(Hu),postoperative residual stone size,residual stone number,residual stone side,residual stone location,length of hospital stay,number of surgical complications,number of hospital stays after surgery,the total cost,the number of residual stones at the 4th week after surgery,the VAS pain score and the hematuria color card score during stone rowing,and adverse effects during the course of 4 weeks were recorded.Finally,the statistical data was analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results1.There were 5 cases of shedding in the observation group,in 4 weeks test 50 cases in the observation group and 55 cases in the control group finally.Gender ratio,residual stone position,residual stone side,age,body mass index,stone size before operation,CT value of stone,total hospitalization cost,days after operation,size of residual stone after operation statistics and other data were statistically calculated,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(Table 1、Table 2 and Table 3)2.The statistically significant difference in the VAS pain score composition ratio between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(Table 4).Table 5 suggests the composition ratio of the blood and urine colorimetric scores of the two groups.After statistical calculation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(Table 5)3.4 weeks after surgery,the stone removal rate of the observation group was 42%(21/50),and the stone removal rate of the control group was 16%(9/55).After statistical calculation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,4 weeks after surgery,4 cases of ESWL were needed in the observation group and 13 cases in the control group.After statistical calculation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(Table 6)4.Patients in the observation group had no adverse reactions such as skin irritation and gastrointestinal tract discomfort during the 4-week study period.ConclusionNiaoshiqing Mixture can promote the excretion of residual stones after Sun’s lithotripsy,and it has no toxic and side effects during medication,and it is safe and effective...
