ObjectiveTo observe the effect of fuzheng anti-cancer prescription on cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with advanced lung cancer,explore the possible mechanism of fuzheng anti-cancer prescription to alleviate fatigue,and find a safe,convenient and effective treatment method for clinical treatment and relieving advanced lung cancer fatigue.MethodsThis subject adopts randomized,parallel controlled clinical research method,to conform to the inclusion criteria of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in the control group to the symptomatic treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the control to the centralizer cancer differentiation and subtract treatment,in one month for observation cycle,compared before and after treatment of Piper fatigue scores,life quality score and TCM syndrome score,serum cortisol levels,the level of T cell subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)as observation index,to evaluate the centralizer treatment of advanced lung cancer CRF is effective.Results1.Correlation of fatigue score before treatment:the total score of fatigue before treatment was negatively correlated with serum cortisol level,CD3+level,CD4+level,and CD4+/CD8+ level(P<0.01),while the CD8+ level was positively correlated with the total score of fatigue before treatment(P<0.05).2.Fatigue score:compared with the control group,the total fatigue score of the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between before and after treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the total score of the experimental group improved significantly(P<0.01),the fatigue level of the experimental group improved significantly before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the total score of the experimental group and the improvement of the fatigue level before and after treatment(P>0.05).The improvement efficiency of fatigue score in the experimental group(56.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.Quality of life score:Compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,general health,fatigue,nausea,vomiting and constipation in the experimental group improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,general health,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,loss of appetite and constipation in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while diarrhea and economic difficulties were not significantly improved(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome score:compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.01).The efficiency of TCM syndrome score improvement in the experimental group(80%)was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).5.Karnof sky score:compared with the control group,the KPS score of the experimental group after treatment and the difference between the scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).The effective rate of improvement of KPS score in the experimental group was(83.33%)significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).6.Serum cortisol level:after treatment,there was no significant difference in serum cortisol levels between the two groups(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the experimental group before and after treatment(P>0.05),and a significant decrease in the control group(P<0.01).7.Immune function indicators:Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group increased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),while the levels of CD8+ decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment also showed significant differences(P<0.01).ConclusionFuzheng anti-cancer prescription has a significant effect on relieving fatigue in patients with CRF of advanced lung cancer,and can significantly improve fatigue score and overall fatigue level.It can improve the quality of life score,with the increase of the overall health score being the most obvious,while the pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,loss of appetite,and financial difficulties have no significant change.It has the effect of improving qi-deficiency syndrome and survival physical state of CRF patients with advanced lung cancer.Stable serum cortisol levels.Fatigue score of patients with CRF of lung cancer was correlated with immune function indexes,while the anti-tumor function could improve the indicators negatively correlated with fatigue(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),and reduce the level of CD8+positively correlated with fatigue..Fuzheng anti-cancer prescription has positive improvement effects on fatigue score,quality of life score,syndrome score of qi deficiency and KPS score of CRF patients with advanced lung cancer,and the related mechanism may be related to stabilizing serum cortisol level and improving immune function.Fuzheng anti-cancer prescription has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of CRF patients with advanced lung cancer without obvious adverse reactions.
