Research On The Current Situation And Index System Of Training Mode Of TCM Nursing Techniques Training For Community Nurses In Guangzhou

Objective:Through the investigation of community nurses in Guangzhou Chinese medicine nursing skills training present situation,analyze the current community nurses in Guangzhou Chinese medicine nursing problems existing in the technical training,and construct the index system of TCM nursing technology training mode for community nurses,so as to standardize the training of TCM nursing technology in community and provide reference for the training of TCM nursing technology in community.Methods:This study is divided into two parts.The first part mainly adopts questionnaire survey.On the basis of literature research and group discussion,the questionnaire on the current situation of TCM nursing technology training for community nurses in Guangzhou was formulated to randomly investigate the training of community nurses in traditional Chinese medicine nursing in Guangzhou.The second part mainly adopts Delphi expert consultation method.Combined with the results of the survey to first draft training model,choice of TCM nursing education,nursing management of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese medicine clinical nursing,community nursing,22 experts in the field of Chinese medicine consultations,importance and feasibility of ratings of the item 4 or more points and coefficient of variation of<0.25 for the inclusion criteria,and combined with the expert advice and Suggestions for revising and improving the content,build the perfect community of TCM nursing skills training mode.Results:1.Survey results of training status:(1)A total of 289 community nurses were investigated in 6 districts of Guangzhou,all of whom were female;Age is mainly concentrated in 25-35 years old(42.91%);Education background is mainly college degree,with 157 students(54.33%);155 people with junior titles(53.63%);49.83%worked in the community for 1-5 years.Most of them are from western medicine(82.01%);(2)70.59%of the community nurses did not master the TCM nursing technology;66.44%had never used TCM nursing technology;81.66%of the people agree that the development of community TCM nursing technology is well.(3)207(71.63%)had not received any training in TCM nursing techniques,234(80.97%)wished to receive training,which required higher training in operation skills such as cupping and moxibustion and so on,The training intention is partly released from job,the teacher is Chinese medicine nurse,the place is community,the frequency is half a year once.(4)The main reasons that affect the community nurses to attend the training of TCM nursing technology are not arranged by the unit and busy work.Lack of training practice,inadequate level of teachers,unreasonable training content and inadequate training supervision are the main reasons affecting the training effect.2.Results of training mode construction:this study carried out two rounds of expert consultation,and the questionnaire recovery rates were 86.36%and 100%respectively;The expert authority coefficient is 0.89.After two rounds of consulting experts results tend to agree,eventually become the "training","training institutions","teachers","training objectives,training content and form","evaluation and feedback"and "training supervision" as the primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators and 93 community of three indicators of traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills training mode.Conclusion:1.Low educational background of community nurses in Guangzhou,weak background of traditional Chinese medicine,lack of human resources of traditional Chinese medicine nursing;Nurses are younger and have shorter working years;Community nurses have low mastery of TCM nursing operation technology and low application rate of TCM nursing technology in work.The proportion of nurses participating in TCM nursing technical training is small,the training needs are urgent and there are differences,but the degree of self-awareness of TCM nursing technical training is not high.2.The training mode of TCM nursing technology obtained from the research is in line with the development needs of TCM nursing of community nurses,and can provide effective ways for the training of TCM nursing operation technology of community nurses,which is worth popularizing.
