Multi Center Application Research And Revision Of The Scale Of Children’s Constitution Classificat Ion And Identification In Lingnan Area

ObjectiveBased on the classification,identification and judgment of constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine issued by the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine in 2009,and based on the research of Lingnan medical literature,combined with the clinical experience of Guangdong local paediatrics experts for many years,the research group has improved this scale of classification and identification of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine for children in Lingnan area by using the special scale formulation method and evaluation ideas.After 168 cases of pre investigation,we will expand the scope of investigation,increase the number of respondents,improve the reliability of the revised basis in this project,and strive to make the revised scale further contribute to the development and standardization of Chinese children’s constitution identification.MethodsThe research will be using cross-sectional survey.From November 2018 to December 2019,673 children who met the requirements were selected from Guangzhou,Shaoguan and Shantou.The investigators collected relevant information from their parents and filled in the physique identification scale.After sorting out the data of the scale,SPSS was used to analyze its reliability and validity,evaluate the performance of the scale.Then according to the results combined with the actual situation,put forward suggestions for the revision of the scale.Result1.31 people(4.6%)were judged to be of mild quality,162(24.1%)to be of qi deficiency,408(60.6%)to be of yin deficiency,120(17.8%)to be of Yang deficiency,334(49.6%)to be of phlegm dampness,228(33.9%)to be of damp heat,246(36.6%)to be of qi depression.2.Reliability:kappa coefficients of the seven subscales are all greater than 0.5,and some of them are more than 0.75,indicating that the reproducibility of the scale is stable.The coefficient of Cronbach α is slightly lower than 0.6,while the coefficient value of the other six subscales is between 0.603 and 0.725,so the reliability is acceptable.In addition,the a coefficient increased after the removal of Pinghe 3,Pinghe 5,Qixu 7,Yinxu 1 and Yangxu 1.3.Validity:kmo value of the total amount table is 0.849,P=0000,which is less than 0.01.Factor analysis shows that 12 common factors are extracted from the total amount table,and the contribution rate is 58.830%.In the sub scale factor analysis,the load values of Pinghe 3,Pinghe 5,Qi deficiency 7,yin deficiency 1,Yang deficiency 1,Yang deficiency 6,phlegm dampness 1 and phlegm dampness 3 were less than 0.4.ConclusionThe reliability and validity of the scale of TCM children’ s constitution identification in Lingnan area are basically qualified.The contents of the revised items are:Qi deficiency quality 7 and Yang deficiency 6 are deleted,Ping He quality 3,Ping He quality 5,yin deficiency quality 1,Yang deficiency quality 1,phlegm dampness quality 1 and phlegm dampness quality 3 are modified.
