Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture And Bloodletting Combined With External Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Trimeresurus Stejneger Bite

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and bloodletting combined with Shuang huang snakebite powder external application on blood coagulation dysfunction caused by the bite of Trimeresurus stejnegeri.Methods1.106 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture and medicine group and control group,53 cases in each group.2.The control group was given routine treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the acupuncture group was given external application treatment of Bafeng,Baxie acupoint bloodletting and Shuang huang snakebite powder on the basis of routine treatment.3.Analyze and compare the limb swelling and pain scores on the first day and the seventh day of the two groups,the four test values of coagulation on the first day and the seventh day,including prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),international standard ratio(INR),fibrinogen(Fg),and compare the hospitalization time.4.SPSS 20.0 software was used for analysis and statistics of the research data,which was expressed in(x±s),chi-square test was used for counting data;t test was used for data conforming to normal distribution,and rank sum test was used for non normal distribution.Results1.8 cases fell off due to less than 7 days in hospital,48 cases in the final acupuncture group and 50 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender and bite site(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 1st day(P>0.05).On the 7th day,PT,APTT,TT,INR,Fg in the acupuncture group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively relieve the coagulation dysfunction of the patients bitten by the Trimeresurus stejnegeri.3.In group comparison,PT,APTT,TT,I NR,Fg of the two groups on the 7th day were statistically significant compared with those on the 1st day(P<0.01),The results showed that both groups had clinical effects,among which PT,APTT,TT,INR in acupuncture group decreased more significantly than that in control group,and Fg increased more.4.In terms of swelling score and pain score,there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 1st day(P>0.05),which was comparable;on the 7th day,there was significant difference between the acupuncture group and the control group(P<0.01),which indicated that the combination of acupuncture and medicine could improve the swelling and pain of patients’ limbs more effectively.5.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the number of days in hospital(P<0.01).The hospitalization time of acupuncture and medicine group was shorter than that of the control group,which indicated that acupuncture and medicine therapy could promote the recovery of patients.ConclusionThe combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of the bite of Trimeresurus stejnegeri.The combination of acupuncture and bloodletting at Baxie and Bafeng points and the external application of Shuang huang snakebite powder can help to improve the systemic coagulation dysfunction of the patients with snake injury,alleviate the complications such as pain and swelling,shorten the course of disease,and have a certain clinical value.
