| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Xingshi particles to treat of acute gouty arthritis of interior retention of damp-heat.MethodsThe prospective randomized controlled clinical trial method was adopted in this study.From April 2019 to February 2020,80patients of acute gouty arthritis of interior retention of damp-heat in Department of rheumatology Foshan hospital of TCM,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group has 40 cases,according to the inclusion criteria.Both groups were treated with the traumatology yellow water yarn applied to the flare joint as a routine basic treatment,and the observation group was given oral Xingshi particles on this basis,three times a day,one bag each time,for 14 days.Oral administrat ion of etoricoxib tablets,120mg each time,once a day,for 7 days,the dose was reduced to 60mg per day for the next 7 days;In the control group,oral administration of etoricoxib tablets was given,120mg each time,once a day,for 7 days,the dose was reduced to 60mg per day for the next 7 days.The observation period was 2 weeks.VAS pain score,swelling score,UA,inflammatory indicators(TNF-α、ESR、CRP),clinical efficacy evaluation,safety indicators,adverse reactions and other indicators were observed.The data were statistically analyzed to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xingshi particles.Results1.There were no statistically significant differences in the baseline data(gender,age,course of disease,weight,drinking history and gout history)between the two groups(p>0.05).2.After treatment,compared with before treatment,the mean VAS pain score at each time point observed in the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and there were significant differences on day 7 and day 14,respectively,compared with that before treatment in the same group(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,at the end of the 7th and 14th days of treatment,the overall mean VAS pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the observation group,showing a significant difference(p<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in joint swelling integral between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the joint swelling integral of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.01).Intergroup comparison the joint swelling integral of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.01).4.There was no significant difference in inflammatory indicators(TNF-,ESR,CRP)between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05),suggesting comparability.After treatment,the inflammatory indicators(TNF-,ESR,CRP)in both the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(p<0.01),and the inflammatory indicators in the observation group decreased faster and lower than those in the control group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in UA level between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05),suggesting comparability.After treatment,UA in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.01).Blood uric acid level(UA)decreased more rapidly in the observation group than in the control group(p<0.01).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.5%,with 39 effective cases,of which 36 showed obvious effect,and only 1 invalid patient.In the control group,the total effective rate was 92.5%,with 37 effective cases and 30 obvious cases.The observation group was better than the control group(p<0.01).ConclusionThe treatment of acute gout joints with interior retention of damp-heat by applying Xingshi particles has a good effect,which can effectively relieve pain,eliminate swelling,reduce inflammatory factor indicators such as TNF-α、ESR、CRP,and reduce the blood uric acid level of patients with gout,with fewer side effects,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
