| ObjectiveIn this study, through a randomized controlled clinical study and observation, the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis was compared and analyzed between the ultra-fine needle knife T-type integrated release combined with the release of pectoralis minor muscle and the single ultra-fine needle knife T-type integrated release,so as to provide more scientific basis and clinical data for the treatment of this disease, and explore a better and faster treatment method, and in clinical practice on the promotion.Methods60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were collected from The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. All the subjects were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group.Among them,30 cases(11 men,19 women)in the treatment group were treated with T-type ultramicro needle knife release combined with pectoralis minor muscle release, while 30 cases(12 men,18 women)in the control group were treated with T-type ultramicro needle knife release alone.Visual analog scale/score(VAS),neck disability index(NDI),Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS)were compared before and after treatment. The above data were analyzed by spss22.0 software to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.ResultsIn this study,60 subjects completed the corresponding treatment and included in the analysis,no serious adverse events occurred,no cases dropped or excluded. There were no significant differences in age, course of disease, gender,VAS score,NDI score and CASCS score between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups:after three courses, the VAS scores of the subjects in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment methods can alleviate the pain of cervical spondylosis patients after three courses. After three courses of treatment, the VAS score and the difference before and after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01),which showed that the pain relief of the disease was significantly better by the combination of T-type ultra-fine needle knife and pectoralis minor muscle release than by the single T-type ultra-fine needle knife.Comparison of NDI scores of the two groups:after three courses of treatment, the NDI scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),which showed that the effect of T-type ultra-fine acupotomolysis combined with pectoralis minor muscle release and T-type ultra-fine acupotomolysis alone on the daily life and work of the subjects could be reduced. After three courses of treatment, the NDI score and the difference before and after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01).It was proved that the treatment of T-type integrated release of ultra-fine needle knife combined with release of pectoralis minor muscle could reduce the influence of cervical spondylosis on the daily life and work of patients more than that of T-type integrated release of ultra-fine needle knife alone.Comparison of CASCS scores between the two groups:After three courses of treatment, the CASCS score of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients after three courses of treatment. After three courses of treatment, the score of CASCS in the treatment group and the difference before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the disease by the combination of T-type ultramicro acupotomolysis and T-type ultramicro acupotomolysis was significantly better than that by the single T-type ultramicro acupotomolysis. The clinical effect comparison of the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that the effect of T-type ultra-fine needle knife combined with release of pectoralis minimus muscle is more obvious than that of T-type ultra-fine needle knife alone.ConclusionThe treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with T-type ultramicro acupotomolysis combined with pectoralis minimus muscle release and simple T-type ultramicro acupotomolysis has definite curative effect. Both treatments can improve the symptoms of cervical pain, muscle rigidity, and adverse activity of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and reduce the impact on daily work and life. After treatment, the VAS score,NDI score,CASCS score, curative effect and the difference between before. After treatment, the subjects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. It can be seen that the clinical effect of T-type total relaxation with ultra-fine needle knife combined with the release of pectoralis minor muscle group is better than that of T-type total relaxation with ultra-fine needle knife alone, which has a higher clinical adaptability and is more worthy of promotion. |
