Objective:Through a comparative study on various biochemical indicators of patients with PCOS insulin resistance treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, observe the changes of various sex hormone levels,HOMA-IR index, blood lipids, etc. After the use of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical efficacy and safety of pulse acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with PCOS insulin resistance provides reference for the treatment of patients with PCOS insulin resistance.method:the observation time of each group was 3 months. In this study,a retrospective case-control study was used to collect the "PCOS-IR" in the outpatient department of Gynecology,Reproductive and Acupuncture Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2015 to December 2017.118 patients were collected, including 30 in the combination of acupuncture and medicine,30 in the pure pulse-acupuncture group,30 in the traditional Chinese medicine group, and 28 in the metformin group.Collect the age, height, weight, glucose tolerance test(fasting blood glucose,two-hour blood glucose and insulin after the meal),high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, sex hormone FSH,LH,T value and calculate HOMA-Data such as IR index, use Microsoft Office Excel to establish the database, the data obtained is processed by SPASS 18.0 statistical software, the count data is expressed by composition ratio or percentage(%),and the comparison between the two groups adopts Pearson x2 test or exact probability method;Mean normal standard deviation(x±s)is used for statistical description for normal distribution, and M(P25~P75)is used for non-normal distribution;two independent sample measurement data that meets the homogeneity of normal distribution and variance adopt two independent Sample t test,multi-group data comparison using single factor analysis of variance;non-parametric Mann-Witney U test for two groups of measurement data that does not meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance,Kruskal-Wallis test for comparison between multiple groups,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Initially explore the clinical efficacy of pulse-cutting acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS-IR patients.Result:1.Various sex hormones, after treatment, the metformin group and the Chinese medicine group can improve LH,FSH and T,the difference between before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.IR situation,acupuncture-medicine combination group and metformin group can improve the patient’s IR situation,HOMA-IR index before and after treatment has statistically significant difference(P<0.05);between groups,acupuncture-medicine combination group and metformin group,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the acupuncture-medicine combination group had similar efficacy to the metformin group in improving IR.3.The improvement of blood lipid metabolism has no significant difference between the four groups of HDL-C before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with LDL-C before and after treatment, the difference between the acupuncture-medicine combination group, the pulse-cutting acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment, the metformin group showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After LDL-C treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the acupuncture-medicine combination group and the metformin group(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that the combination of acupuncture and medicine is safe and effective in treating patients with PCOS-IR,and the total effective rate of treatment is statistically different from that of other groups;in terms of improving IR,the efficacy is comparable to metformin.
