| Cleft lip and palate,as a congenital malformation,not only brings physical pain to the patients,but also causes serious psychological pressure to the patients and their families.At present,the researches on the patients with cleft lip and palate mostly focus on the medical field,and the researches on the psychological problems of the patients and their families are very few.This study took the families with cleft lip and palate hospitalized in B hospital as the research object,took the series of care activities of medical social workers’ wards as an example,and carried out the action research under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective and the theory of social support.The purpose is to explore a way for medical social work to intervene in the psychological pressure of families with cleft lip and palate,to help families with cleft lip and palate to overcome the psychological pressure,to promote the healthy development of families with cleft lip and palate,and to expand the service field of medical social work,so as to make up for the deficiency of research related to medical social work.In this study,we collected data through field interviews with families with cleft lip and palate in the early stage,analyzed the psychological stress problems and the reasons of families with cleft lip and palate,and made targeted service plans.By exploring the advantages and potentials of families with cleft lip and palate,and linking social resources,the intervention of families with cleft lip and palate was carried out through case work and group work.Continuously improve the activity plan in the service process to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service,and evaluate the effectiveness of the service.At the same time,the service was summarized and the deficiencies of the research were reflected,aiming at helping the families with cleft lip and palate to overcome the psychological pressure.Through a series of ward care activities for families with cleft lip and palate,the psychological pressure of families with cleft lip and palate has been effectively alleviated,the sense of gain and the satisfaction of patients and their families to the hospital has been significantly improved,and the understanding of medical social work services has been further deepened.At the same time,a "one core three dimensional multi-dimensional interactive support mode" was explored,which opened a new path for social work to intervene in the psychological pressure of families with cleft lip and palate,and promoted the development of medical social work theory and practice. |
