Study On The Correlation Between Five-state Personality Of Chinese Medicine And The Incidence Of Acne In College Students

Objective:To conduct a questionnaire survey on acne patients of college students,statistically analyze the five-personality test results and factors related to the occurrence of acne,study the relationship between the five-state personality and the occurrence and development of the disease,and provide targeted treatment and psychological treatment Intervention to provide valuable data reference.Methods:From January to December 2019,the college students in three compr ehensive universities in Jinan city who were suffering from acne were selected as t he research object,and 127 valid questionnaires were received(80 copies from Sha n dong University of Traditional Chinese Medicin-e,21 copies from Shandong Nor mal University,26 copies of Qilu University of Technology).Conduct basic informa tion collection,five-state personality test questionnaire survey on the research object and establish a database,and use SPSS software for data analysisResults:①The five-state personality scores of acne patients participating in this survey,the yin-yang peace dimension is low,the yin dimension score is high,mai nly negative personality,and the yin personality tendency is the susceptibility factor for acne.② Compared with the norm,male patients have higher scores in the su n dimension,and male patients have more irritability and irritability.Compared with the norm,female patients have lower scores in the yin-yang peace dimension,and the scores in the lunar dimension are higher.Anxiety and depression.Compared w ith female patients,the sun dimension score is higher and the emotional response is stronger.③ Post-pubertal acne patients scored higher in the Shaoyang dimension t han adolescent acne patients.They need to pay more attention to emotional control,reduce unnecessary entertainment,and develop regular lifestyle habits.④Comparing the five-state personality in terms of menstrual status,patients with delayed menstr uation had a high score of the lunar dimension.⑤ Acne has a longer course(grea ter than 5 years),heavier degree(grade Ⅳ),and greater mental stress,the score of the lunar dimension is higher.⑥In terms of sleep status,skin type,taste preference,etc.,the difference in five-state personality scores was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The occurrence and development of acne have a certain correlation with the personality of Taiyin.The development of the disease is affected by personality and psychological state.Therefore,in the diagnosis and treatment,it is possible to take targeted intervention measures based on the characteristics of the patient’s psychological state.
