At present,my country’s population aging phenomenon is becoming more and more serious,especially for the sick and disabled elderly,the problem of elderly care for this kind of people is more prominent.With the gradual implementation of my country’s "medical and nursing" pension model,more and more regions have begun to implement "medical and nursing integration"."Medical and nursing care" is a combination of "medical care" and "senior care" in a specific way to solve the problem of old age care more effectively.This article takes Shenyang City,Liaoning Province as the background,and analyzes how to solve the problem of old-age care under the condition of aging.First of all,it analyzes the development of Shenyang’s integration of medical and nursing policies in recent years,surveys the willingness of Shenyang to integrate medical and nursing,and analyzes the surveyed objects.Second,it analyzes the service status of medical and nursing integration institutions in Shenyang,and explains the integration of medical and nursing.Third,the various factors of the combination of medical and nursing in Shenyang City were analyzed,and related issues were found during the induction process: organizational problems in the organizational structure;lack of financial support for the development of hospitals and elderly care institutions;Insufficient;the content of the combination of medical and nursing needs to be improved.Fourth,the above problems have been solved from the aspects of organic integration of structural reform and policy-driven,investment of government and social forces,cultivation of medical and nursing personnel,and diversified development of medical and nursing services.At the level of factor analysis,Shenyang City also has a situation of unsound old-age policy system and lack of professional medical personnel in the combination of medical and nursing.Improve the construction of elderly care infrastructure,integrate medical and nursing care into the urban service system,and take appropriate care according to the different conditions of the elderly,making a major contribution to the development of Shenyang’s elderly health cause.
