| In the process of corporate governance,the separation of ownership and management will lead to the principal-agent problem.In order to properly handle the relationship between owners and managers,equity incentive has been used in various enterprises.The development of equity incentive system in China is also from germination to maturity.In 2005,China Securities Regulatory Commission took the lead in launching the Trial Measures of equity incentive system.After continuous exploration,in 2016,it officially promulgated the measures for the management of equity incentive of listed companies.The perfection of the legal system of equity incentive system has brought certain guarantee to all enterprises.Before the implementation of equity incentive,enterprises should make clear their own development status,the purpose of implementing equity incentive,the effect achieved and how to carry out follow-up improvement.Therefore,this paper chooses Aier Eye Hospital Group as the research object,discusses the effect of three-phase equity incentive,and draws relevant conclusions and suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for ophthalmology,a special industry.This paper first introduces the background of the research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,lists the relevant knowledge theory of equity incentive,establishes the framework system of this paper,and combs the content;then introduces the development track and operation status of Aier Eye Hospital Group and introduces the implementation of equity incentive in Aier Eye Hospital Group from the four aspects of equity structure,employee quality,business model and strategic planning Based on the motivation,this paper summarizes the three equity incentive schemes of Aier Eye Hospital Group and summarizes the differences;Then we use the event research method,financial analysis method and non-financial index analysis method to study and analyze the effect of equity incentive of Eye Hospital Group.Finally,we conclude that the implementation of equity incentive of Aier Eye Hospital Group will have a short-term positive incentive effect on the capital market,improve the financial situation,enhance the overall value of the enterprise,optimize the capital structure and improve the non-financial performance Conclusion,and summarizes the optimization suggestions for other enterprises to learn from. |
