Background and objective: The clinical characteristics of 125 patients with cutaneous melanoma were analyzed to understand their epidemiology and prognostic factors, and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Clinical and follow-up data of skin melanoma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2008 to August 2019 were retrospectively collected to analyze clinical characteristics and prognostic factors Results: 125 cases received follow-up of 137 cases, and included in the final study, among which 62 were male, female 63 cases, aged 19 to 88,the median age of 55,acral melanoma 76 cases(60.8%),non-acral melanoma 49 cases(39.2%),54 patients(43.2%)of the original moles shading irregular enlargement with or without ulceration,24 cases(19.2%)before the diagnosis with clear trauma(foreign body scratches, knife cuts, burns etc.).Kaplan-meier univariate survival analysis showed that KPS score, tumor stage, primary site, vascular infiltration,ki-67,BRAF,LDH,and surgical treatment were the prognostic factors of patients.Hierarchical analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with interferon therapy can improve Ⅲ period.COX multivariate analysisshowed that tumor stage and preoperative LDH level were independent prognostic risk factors for cutaneous melanoma. Conclusion: Primary nevus and local inflammatory stimuli are closely related to the incidence of skin melanoma.KPS score, tumor stage, primary site, vascular infiltration,ki-67,BRAF,LDH,and surgical treatment were the prognostic factors of patients.Interferon treatment can improving the prognosis of patients with Ⅲ period.Tumor stage and preoperative LDH level were independent prognostic risk factors for cutaneous melanoma.
