| [Objectives] The national plan for the development of nursing undertakings(2016-2020)clearly points out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of nursing informatization,so as to improve the nursing work efficiency and management level.The investigation report of Chinese hospital informatization shows that in recent years,the investment of hospitals at all levels in nursing informatization is increasing year by year.However,there is a phenomenon that the investment of nursing informatization in some hospitals does not improve the performance,that is,the phenomenon of "IT productivity paradox".Western scholars have introduced multiple disciplinary theories to evaluate the relationship between information system and work performance.However,there is still a lack of a unified theoretical framework to support how information technology can improve work performance due to the controversy over evaluation dimension indicators and mechanism.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between nursing staff’s behavior of using nursing information system and their work performance by combining theoretical research and empirical research,so as to provide reference for improving nursing staff’s work performance and nursing information system use efficiency.[Methods] This study mainly adopts the following research methods.One is literature analysis.Through the domestic and foreign authoritative database retrieval,systematic nursing personnel at home and abroad to use nursing information systems research,determine the nursing information system usage and dimensions of performance evaluation of nursing staff,and the system usage and the relationship between the job performance as the research content,build relations between the theoretical model.The second is the empirical method.According to the use of the nursing information system and the determination of the dimensions of work performance,a questionnaire was prepared to investigate the nursing staff in two grade Iii and Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou.372 valid questionnaires were obtained.[Results] This study proposed and verified the relationship between performance,personal use and nursing information system factors.System function and perceived ease of use positively affect system usage,and the standardized path coefficient corresponds to 0.23 and 0.3 respectively.Perceived ease of use and function of the system positively affect satisfaction,and the standardized path coefficient corresponds to 0.46 and 0.38.Usage had a significant positive impact on the three individual performance indicators of nursing quality,work efficiency and business ability.The standardized path coefficient was 0.37,0.28 and 0.21 respectively.Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the three individual performance indicators of nursing quality,work efficiency and business ability.The standardized path coefficients are 0.36,0.24 and 0.2,respectively.[Conclusions] Perceived ease of use and function of nursing information system have a significant positive effect on system use and satisfaction,which have a significant positive effect on nursing quality,work efficiency and business ability of nursing staff performance.Performance in improving such groups can be based on the improvement and optimization of system usability and function to achieve the goal,the actual situation of using the system,satisfaction is direct to improve business ability,work efficiency and nursing quality,due to various measures to improve the usage of and improve the satisfaction of both is helpful to improve nursing ability,work efficiency and nursing quality. |
