Studies On The Chemical Constituents And Bioactivities Of Secondary Metabolites Of Penicillium Purpurogenus

The metabolites of Penicillium fungi are a rich source of drugs,so the research on the secondary metabolites of Penicillium fungi has been a hot spot in natural product research.There are abundant lactones,terpenes,alkaloids,lignans,steroids,polyketones and other compounds in the secondary metabolites of Penicillium fungi,and most of the compounds have good biological activities,like lowering blood pressure and blood sugar,cholesterol,suppress tumors and cancer,improve the body’s immunity and so on.In this thesis,in order to find more novel compounds,the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Penicillium purpurogenus derived from the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center were studied.In this study,a total of 15 compounds were isolated and characterizated from soild fermented rice of Penicillium purpurogenus by various separation methods such as column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.Through the spectral analysis,comparison and references,the structure of the compound was determined.The compounds are steroids,terpenes,lactones,and terpenoids,which are known compounds and have pharmacological activity.In the biological activity test,it was found that compounds 2,4,6 have good antitumor activity.
