Thesis On The Evaluation Of Medical Service Satisfaction Of Patients In Xi ’an Public Hospitals And Its Influencing Factors

The reform of China’s medical and health system is a reform of great significance,among which the reform of medical service is related to the life,health,safety and vital interests of the people.In 2009,the state council issued the opinions on deepening the reform of the medical and health system,which opened the curtain of China’s new medical reform.With the continuous deepening of reform in recent years,the medical market has been further opened up,and the industry competition has become increasingly fierce,public hospitals,as the core institutions providing medical services,have attracted much attention.However,due to institutional reasons,there are few studies on the satisfaction of patients in public hospitals.In this context,this study,by understanding the status of medical service satisfaction of patients in Xi ’an public hospitals,analyzes the factors affecting patient satisfaction,and proposes Suggestions to improve the satisfaction of patients in Xi ’an public hospitals.On the basis of previous studies and according to the actual characteristics of Xi ’an public hospital,through literature research and consultation with relevant experts,this paper designs an evaluation scale for patient satisfaction,selects specific evaluation indicators,and finally forms a formal questionnaire for the satisfaction of patients with medical services in Xi ’an public hospital.Among the 343 hospitals in Xi ’an,4 public hospitals were selected,635 questionnaires were randomly distributed,and 481 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the questionnaire results,descriptive statistics were first used to analyze the current situation of patients’ satisfaction with medical services in Xi ’an public hospitals,and then principal component analysis and regression were used to explore the influencing factors of patients’ satisfaction.The results of this study show that :(1)patients’ satisfaction with medical services in Xi ’an public hospitals is general(mean value is 3.345);(2)medical environment,medical quality and medical expenses,medical ethics and medical process five for xi ’an all affect the public hospital patient satisfaction,patient satisfaction and influencing factors of the more prominent,the more significant,according to the influence degree from big to small order for medical environment,medical quality and medical expenses,medical ethics,medical treatment processes;(3)There were differences in influencing factors of demographic histological characteristics on overall patient satisfaction.Based on the results of the analysis and research of scholars,at the end of the article is mainly from five aspects,namely the medical environment,medical quality and medical expenses,medical ethics and medical process put forward the Suggestions for the improvement of patient satisfaction,promote the sustainable development of the new health care reform policy in Xi ’an region.
