| Objective: To understand the prevalence and changes of health conditions of overweight / obesity,central obesity,abnormal blood pressure,and dyslipidemia among elderly cardiovascular disease patients in the community of Haikou City.To explore the influencing factors and changes in health status of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,in conditions provide rational and feasible health strategies for the health management of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods: The cluster random sampling method was used in 4 districts of Haikou City,and each district randomly selected 1~2 community health service centers to conduct surveys.The survey objects were Haikou over 60 years old(including 60 years old)permanent residents,which using the "Haikou home elderly health status and lifestyle questionnaire" to conduct questionnaire surveys,physical measurements and laboratory tests.By analyze the health status and distribution characteristics of cardiovascular disease patients in Haikou community,and use multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis methods to analyze the main influencing factors of the health status of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Results:1.BMI The place of residence is outside the province(OR = 0.490)as a protective factor for obesity / overweight in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,and the rural household registration(OR = 1.819)is a risk factor for overweight / obesity in elderly cardiovascular patients.2.Central obesity Age between 70-79 years(OR = 2.789)is a risk factor for central obesity,and the place of residence is outside the province(OR = 0.523)as a protective factor for central obesity.3.Blood pressure Daily intake of vegetables more than 4 servings(OR =0.300)and high-salt diet(OR = 0.367)are protective factors for diastolic blood pressure in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.4.Abnormal blood lipids Female(OR = 0.629)is a protective factor for abnormal TC.Females(OR = 0.586)is protective factor for abnormal TG.5.Abnormal fasting blood glucose Fruit intake more than 5 times a week(OR =2.136)is a risk factor for abnormal fasting blood glucose in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Conclusions:1.Among the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in Haikou community,50% are overweight / obese,and most of them are central obesity.The abnormalities of dyslipidemia are mainly total cholesterol and triglyceride,and the blood sugar is about 30%.2.Elderly patients with cardiovascular disease whose household registration is outside Hainan Province are resident in Hainan.Because of changes in the environment and diet structure in Hainan,the health status is better.3.In addition to basic personal characteristics,dietary habits have an impact on the health of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in the Haikou community.Actively changing dietary habits to promote the health of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in the Haikou community. |
