Purpose:Explore the correlation between the postoperative breast cancer patient the DAPR test and the stress scale test, and provide a scientific basis for the postoperative breast cancer patient stress test;use the DAPR test to summarize and extract postoperative breast cancer patients drawing features of negative coping, compared with the coping situation of postoperative breast cancer patients, and discussed the feasibility change of the DAPR test for evaluating postoperative breast cancer patients’coping style. Methods:This study selected 430 postoperative breast cancer patients who underwent breast surgery at two top three hospitals in Zhenjiang from May 2018 to September 2019.They were tested with the CPSS test and the DAPR test. The research is divided into two parts. The first part analyzes the stress status and related influencing factors of 430 postoperative breast cancer patients, and the second part uses computer image technology and rainy person computer software to test the"number of raindrops"in the DAPR test,"Raindrop spacing","Raindrop length"and"Raindrop direction"and other pressure-related indicators are extracted and quantified, and correlation analysis is performed with the pressure perception scale.According to the score of the pressure perception scale,it is divided into a pressure group and a normal group. Then according to Taylor’s Rainy Person Rating System and painting projection related books,23relevant negative coping features are analyzed into two dimensions:emotional state and coping style.χ~2 test is performed on two sets of painting features and a logistic regression equation is established.Results:(1)In this study, the average pressure of 430 postoperative breast cancer patients was(39.41±4.72),with 27%of patients under excessive pressure and 31%of patients with higher pressure.Age,education level, income status, and disease course are all factors that affect the stress of postoperative breast cancer patients.(2)The number of raindrops and the distance between raindrops characterizing the pressure in the DAPR test are significantly correlated with the pressure scale(P<0.05),and the length of the raindrops has no correlation with the pressure scale score(P>0.05),of which the number of raindrops and the pressure scale The score was positively correlated, and the raindrop interval was negatively correlated with the stress scale score. The raindrop direction, which characterizes the pressure in the DAPR test,is significantly different between the pressure group and the normal group in the two painting features of raindrops from the right side and raindrops directly up and down(P<0.05).(3)Among the painting characteristics of people in the rain who respond to the pressure of painting, there are 18 painting characteristics with statistical significance in the stress group and the normal group, which are X1(the characters are too small),X2(the screen is blacked out),and X3(the lines are broken),X4(the lines are messy),X5(the lines are repeated),X6(the lines are too heavy),X7(the lines are light),X8(the screen has more than two characters),X10(emphasis on clothing accessories)in the emotional state dimension, and R1(no covers),R2(bad shielding),R3(side or back of the character),R4(left of the character),R5(focus on the hair),R6(inclined body of the character),R7(uncoordinated head-to-body ratio),R9(Incomplete characters)and R11(without feet)in coping style dimension where X8 is a reverse indicator, and the frequency of stress group is lower than that of normal group.Fourteen terms(X1,X2,X3,X4,X6,X7,X8,X10,R1,R2,R3,R5,R6,R11)entered the regression equation, and the equation fits better(Nagelkerke R~2=0.401).These 14indicators can be used as painting indicators to predict the negative coping of patients with postoperative breast cancer under stress.Conclusion:(1)Postoperative breast cancer patients are under more stress, and postoperative breast cancer patients who are under stress are more likely to adopt passive coping.(2)The pressure-related indicators in the DAPR Test have a high correlation with the pressure perception scale score. Therefore,it is shown that this technique can more objectively and accurately reflect the stress degree of postoperative breast cancer patients, and has a higher scientificity in stress evaluation.(3)The DAPR test can be used to diagnose, evaluate, and screen the postoperative stress status and coping style of breast cancer patients. At the same time,it can be used as a new psychological measurement technique in clinical psychological nursing work.
