Establishment And Empirical Study Of Evaluation Model Of Satisfaction Of The Elderly In Medical-nursing Combined Pension Institutions

Objective Construct the satisfaction index model of the elderly and put forward the path hypothesis.Through the empirical analysis of the elderly satisfaction index model,the model is fitted and tested.According to the empirical results,suggestions are made for the development of medical-nursing combined pension institutions.Methods By means of literature research,the customer satisfaction index model is determined as the basis of the elderly satisfaction evaluation model.Questionnaire survey is used to understand the subjective evaluation of the elderly on the medical-nursing combined pension institutions.In the empirical analysis,statistical software is used to test the satisfaction evaluation model of the elderly.Results Perceived quality positively affects the satisfaction of the elderly(path coefficient 0.34).The expectation of the elderly has no effect on the satisfaction of the elderly;Perceived value positively affects the satisfaction of the elderly(path coefficient0.28).The elderly expected to negatively affect perceived quality(path coefficient-0.32)and negatively affect perceived value(path coefficient-0.14).Perceived quality positively affects perceived value(path coefficient 0.42).The satisfaction of the elderly positively affects the loyalty of the elderly(path coefficient 0.24),negatively affects the complaint of the elderly(path coefficient-0.34),and negatively affects the loyalty of the elderly(path coefficient-0.30).Conclusion The expectation of the elderly should be grasped reasonably,and the quality of perception should be improved,so as to improve the value of perception.Get the satisfaction of the elderly,and then reduce the complaints of the elderly,and finally improve the loyalty of the elderly.Figure 8;Table19;Reference 79...
