Objective:To investigate the prevalence of resistant hypertension(Rs HT)and refractory hypertension patients(Rf HT)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, and analyze the population characteristics and related influencing factors,as well as the relationship with complications,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the prognosis of patients. Methods:By retrospective analysis, the patients with resistant hypertension were included in the department of cardiovascular medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 1,2015 to December 31,2018.According to the diagnostic criteria of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension, the patients with apparent treatment-resistant hypertension,pseudo-resistant hypertension,true-resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension were analyzed Disease rate:analyze and compare the resistant hypertension group(n=1070)and the refractory hypertension group(n=40).In general information, the course of hypertension, blood biochemical indicators and drug use, analyze the data with SPSS,summarize the prevalence characteristics of resistant hypertension, and analyze the relevant influencing factors of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Results:From January 1,2015 to December 31,2018,there were 18400 hypertensive patients in the department of cardiovascular medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, among which the percentages of apparent treatment-resistant hypertension(n=1606),true-resistant hypertension(n=1460)and refractory hypertension(n=40)were 8.72%,7.93%and 0.22%.Two groups of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension were used to describe their distribution of gender, age and BMI with histogram. It was found that the distribution of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension were more in the age of more than 60 years old, male and BMI≥24 kg/m~2.According to whether patients with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases were divided into subgroups,t-test was used to compare the differences between groups.Compared with the two groups, age, course of hypertension, creatinine, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and smoking were statistically significant.Between the two groups of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension, using chi square test to compare the difference between the two groups in the use of non dihydropyridine and dihydropyridine calcium antagonists,no significant statistical difference.According to medication and blood pressure, resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension were divided into subgroups.Whether they were combined with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases was used as dependent variable for logistic regression analysis. The results showed that there were statistical differences in age,LDL-C,smoking and atrial fibrillation in the group with controllable resistant hypertension and cardio-cerebrovascular disease diseases. Conclusions:The percentages of apparent treatment-resistant hypertension,true-resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension were 8.72%,7.93%and 0.22%respectively.Aging,male and obesity may be the population characteristics of resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension. It can reduce the probability of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases by accurately identifying resistant hypertension and refractory hypertension, doing well in blood pressure control, identifying and preventing risk factors.
