| Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is an important manifestation of diabetic microangiopathy and is the leading cause of blindness in diabetic patients.How to conduct early diagnosis and prevention is one of the hot research topics in the field of Diabetic Retinopathy.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that the pulse contains information about the operation of the human vascular system,and physical identification can provide a health intervention program for the body to prevent disease.We use engineering to explore the diagnosis and monitoring of diabetic retinopathy by pulse and constitutional identification of TCM.In this research we designed a pulse acquisition and physique information acquisition scheme based on the theory of TCM.The main work is as follows: a magnetic pulse wristband was designed to improve the efficiency of pulse acquisition by investigating the pulse acquisition equipment which is widely used in clinical practice,and we use low power consumption and highly integrated STM32 microprocessor as the main processing chip;the pulse extraction process was simulated by means of "rapid stepless pneumatic pressurization-continuous slow decompression";we use the wavelet transform based denoising algorithm and ILP-based cubic spline interpolation edging algorithm to preprocess the pulse signal and use the ILP algorithm to pick up the time domain characteristic parameter values of the pulse signal and the HHT transform to explore the frequency domain characteristics of the pulse data,finally we obtained the TCM physique scores of the subjects and conducted statistical analysis through the TCM Constitutional Classification.In the clinical trials process,we collected pulse and physical information of patients with diabetic retinopathy and normal people.Signal analysis results show that h3,h4,h1/t1,h5/h1 were significantly different in the diabetic retinopathy group than in the normal group,moreover,the marginal spectrum obtained after HHT transformation found that the energy of the patient group moved towards the lowfrequency direction and the fluctuation amplitude was higher than that of the control group,by calculating the sample entropy of IMF component after its EMD decomposition,we found that the sample entropy of the patient group was lower than that of the normal group and there was a significant difference.And the analysis of TCM constitution data showed that the distribution of constitution in the patients group was significantly different from that in the normal group.The research results show that the changes of pulse characteristic parameters in patients with diabetic retinopathy represent the changes of fundus microvascular structure and physiological parameters,and the distribution of their physique is similar to the distribution of diabetes category in the theory of TCM.Therefore,the analysis of TCM pulse parameters and physical information provides a new idea and method for the early screening of diabetic retinopathy. |
