Objectives : This study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of ice-fire therapy combined with three-needle acupuncture treatment for dysphagia after stroke, and provided new ideas for clinical treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods : Sixty-two patients who were admitted to the hospital and met the inclusion criteria during the period from March 1,2017 to February 15,2019,were included in the study. They were divided into two groups by randomized control, namely 31 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group. Both the treatment group and the control group were given routine basic treatment of neurology. At the same time, the control group was given acupuncture and pharynx three needles(Lianquan point,Zhiyu point, and swallowing point). The treatment group was given acupuncture and throat three needles(Lianquan Acupoints, points of treatment, and swallowing points, after 5-10 minutes of rest, and then treated with ice fire;both groups of patients were treated for 1 course/day,10 days for a course of treatment, for a total of three courses.Through standardized clinical treatment and controlled observation, the use of Putian drinking water test,Fujishima Ichiro dysphagia score, neurological function score after stroke, quality of life assessment scale after stroke and TV fluorescent swallowing test(VFSS)Evaluation and comparison, the data obtained were statistically analyzed, and conclusions and analysis were made. Results:The control group recovered faster;with the prolonged treatment time, the symptom improvement of the treatment group was still significantly better than that of the control group, using the Putian drinking water test, the Fujishima Ichiro dysphagia score and the TV fluorescent swallowing test(VFSS).Before and after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of ice-fire combined with pharynx three needles was significantly better than the simple three-needle;and the comparison of Fujiji Ichiro scores showed the top 10 In the day,the treatment group and the control group had the fastest recovery of dysphagia symptoms, and the treatment group was the same. The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.32% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant, indicating that the combination of ice-fire therapy and pharynx three-needle treatment was more effective in treating dysphagia after stroke. In addition, the neurological function scores of patients after stroke and the quality of life assessment scale after stroke were compared,P<0.05,the difference was significant, the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the results showed the neurological symptoms of patients with dysphagia after stroke. In terms of improvement and improvement of quality of life,ice-fire therapy combined with pharyngeal three-needle is more effective than simple pharyngeal three-needle.Safety evaluation showed that ice-fire therapy combined with pharynx three needles is safe. Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of ice-fire therapy combined with pharyngeal three-needle treatment for dysphagia after stroke is better than that of simple pharynx three-needle,and it is safe and worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
