Clinical Observation Of Maitong Capsule Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction(Qi Deficiencyand Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Naomaitong Capsule in the treatm ent of acute cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and to verify its safety and effectiveness.Methods:In this study,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction and syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine routinely.The treatment group received oral Naomaitong Capsule on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,and TCM syndrome scores were evaluated and the results were statistic ally analyzed.During the study,records were recorded.The patient’s adverse reactions and safety indicators,in order to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Naomaitong Capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(qi deficie ncy and blood stasis type).Results:1.The total clinical effective rate comparison:(1)The NHISS sco-res of the two groups were 93% in the treatment group and 76.4% in the control group,with stati stical difference(P<0.05);(2)TCM syndrome scores in the two groups:the treatment group was 91.2%,the control group was 72.7%,with statistical difference(P<0.05);2.Before and after treatment,the NIHSS score,MBI index and TCM symptom score were statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of NIHSS score,MBI index and TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy and improvement of TCM symptom efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study have preliminarily proved that for patients with acute cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),the application of Naomaitong Capsule on the basis of routine treatment with Western medicine can ef fectively improve the TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit symptoms and daily life of patients.Selfcare ability,thus improving the quality of life of patients.The drug not only has remarkable curative effect,but also is safe and reliable,Provide a certain reference value for clinical application and promotion.
