Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy (Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis And Water-Dampness Stopping Symptom) With Buqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buqi Huoxue Lishui prescription in treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy patients with Qi deficiency,blood stasis and water dampness stopping syndrome,to explore the therapeutic effect and clinical safety,and to provide basis for large-scale clinical treatment.Methods:Seventy hospitalized patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected from April 2018 to December 2018 in the nephrology department of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomized grouping method was used,divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Buqi Huoxue Lishui prescription on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Observing the scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and 24-hour urinary protein(24-UTP),serum albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR).At the same time,blood routine,electrocardiogram,AST,ALT and other safety indicators were observed to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the test.Result: There were no abscission or rejection in 70 patients.(1)General data comparison: The general data of two groups of patients were comparable by statistical analysis.(2)Comparison of TCM symptoms: Comparing the total score of TCM symptoms,the two groups have significant difference after treatment,P < 0.01 by t test.The control group was lower than the treatment group.The comparison between the two groups after treatment is P < 0.05,lower than before treatment,with significant difference and statistical significance.Comparing the scores of symptoms of TCM.Comparing the two groups after treatment,The control group was lower thanthe treatment group in edema,lumbago fixation or tingling,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,epigastric fullness,loose stool and unfavorable urinatio,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of skin nail error(P > 0.05).Comparing in intra-group,the treatment group and the control group were better than those before treatment in edema,lumbago stabilization or tingling,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,epigastric fullness,loose stool,unfavorable urination and skin nail error(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the control group was 65.71%in the curative effect of TCM syndromes.The comprehensive curative effect of the two groups was compared by rank sum test,P < 0.05;the effective rate of the two groups was compared by Chi-square test,P < 0.05,and the therapeutic effect of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.(3)Comparison of laboratory indicators: After treatment,24-hour urinary protein(24-UTP),serum albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)of these two groups were better,and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious.Among them,24-UTP,CHOL and TG had significant lower results compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),ALB and GFR were both improved significantly compared with prior treatment(P < 0.05).(4)The safety indexes of the experiment were normal and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Buqi Huoxue Lishui prescription has a good curative effect in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in clinic.It can improve the TCM symptom score and laboratory test index,and has a good safety.
