Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori-Related Peptic Ulcer With Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction Clinical Observation Of (Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And Cold Type)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of wenzhong jianpi decoction by evaluating TCM syndrome points,gastroscopy,C13 urease breath test and clinical efficacy of helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated peptic ulcer(spleen and stomach asthenia type),so as to provide a new method and idea for TCM treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods: 80 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,40 in each group.In the first 2 weeks,both groups adopted the quadruple regimen of helicobacter pylori eradication.After 4weeks,the treatment group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with wenzhong jianpi decoction,while the control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets alone.The total course of treatment of the two groups was 6 weeks.After 6 weeks of treatment,gastroscopy was reviewed and C13 breath test was checked after 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:1.After treatment,there were differences in TCM sym ptom scores between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Among them,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms such as epigastric dull pain,empty abdominal pain,pale complexion,lack of appetite,fatigue,vomiting water,loose stools and so on.There was no difference between the two groups in the improvement of the symptoms of tepid limbs.There was also statistical significance before and after treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.05),and the difference of scores in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group.The results indicated that both groups could improve the TCM symptoms of helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer(spleen and stomach asthenia type).2.After treatment,in the total score of TCM syndromes,there were significant differences between the two groups and within the group(P < 0.05).3.The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 72.50%,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that the curative effect of TCM in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.4.The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 77.50% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).It shows that the treatment group can promote ulcer healing better.5.In the eradication of helicobacter pylori,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).6.The total clinical effective rate(92.50%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%),with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).It can be seen that the clinical effect of wenzhong jianpi decoction group is better than that of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets group alone.7.There were no adverse reactions in both groups,and there were no abnormalities in safety indexes such as liver and kidney function,blood ro utine and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:1.Wenzhong jianpi decoction is significantly more effective than the control group in improving symptoms such as epigastric dull pain,empty abdominal pain,pale complexion,lack of appetite,fatigue,pan-vomit water,loose stools,etc.;Wenzhong jianpi decoction has a definite effect on the improvement of TCM clinical syndromes of helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer(spleen and stomach asthenia type).2.Wenzhong jianpi decoction can repair ulcers and promote healing.3.Wenzhong jianpi decoction has a significant clinical effect on helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer(spleen and stomach asthenia type),with no obvious side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
