Objective:To observe the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with colostrum oral immunotherapy on feeding intolerance of premature infants with spleen deficiency, and to provide safer and more effective treatment for premature infants with feeding intolerance and easier to promote. Methods:In this study,a randomized method was used to select a total of 70 premature infants with feeding intolerance of spleen deficiency type who were hospitalized in the Neonatal Department of Pediatric of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2019 to December 2019.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases each by random number table method. The selected children all met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The control group was treated with colostrum oral immunotherapy on the basis of routine treatment. The observation group was treated with massage prescription according to the basic pathogenesis of the disease. The treatment course was 7 days.Single Symptom Score, total symptom score and short-term effect were recorded and compared between the two groups after 7 days of treatment, and were followed up for 2 weeks, the time of vomiting stopping, gastric retention disappearing, birth weight recovery and total enteral feeding were compared between the two groups.Results:1.A total of 70 cases were included in this study, and 69 cases were observed in the clinical trial. In the Control Group,1 case was lost, and the loss rate was 1.43%.2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(including sex, gestational age,day age, birth weight,Apgar score at 5 minutes after birth, opening time, single symptom score and total symptom score)(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.3.After 7 days of treatment,in the observation group,5(14.29%)cases were cured,18(51.43%)cases were marketed effective,9(25.71%)cases were effective,3(8.57%)cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.43%.While in the control group,1(2.94%)case was cured,12(35.29%)cases were marketed effective,15(44.12%)cases were effective,6(17.65%)cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 82.35%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single symptom score,Total Symptom Score and short-term curative effect of the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of two-week follow-up observation, the observation group and the control group cured children did not appear feeding intolerance symptoms. The time of vomiting stopping, improvement of gastric retention, recovery of birth weight and total enteral feeding in the control group were longer than those in the control group.Conclusion:1.The short-term effect of massage combined with colostrum oral immunotherapy on feeding intolerance of premature infants with spleen deficiency type is significant and stable.2.The improvement of the main clinical symptoms of infantile massage combined with colostrum oral immunotherapy on feeding intolerance of premature infants with spleen deficiency type is better than that of simple colostrum oral immunotherapy,it can make the baby recover the birth weight earlier and shorten the time of total enteral feeding.3.Pediatric massage combined with colostrum oral immunotherapy is safe, reliable, easy to operate and non-toxic side effects, has good economic and social value,it is worthy of clinical further promotion.
